You are invited to a "Going Green Party" to celebrate the release of the new book, "Going Green: True Tales from Gleaners, Scavengers and Dumpster Divers," on Thursday, May 7, 6-9 p.m., at Coal Creek Coffee in downtown Laramie. Books will be provided by Laramie's Night Heron. Three of the Laramie authors featured in the book -- Jeffe Kennedy, Julianne Couch and Chavawn Kelley -- will read from their work.
Editor of "Going Green" is Laura Pritchett of Fort Collins, Colo., who served as the Wyoming Arts Council's creative writing fellowship judge last year.
