The Wyoming Arts Council offers Individual Artists Professional Development (IAPD) grants. Since its advent five years ago, IAPD grants have provided funds to Wyoming artist-entrepreneurs to hire web designers, pay for web site hosting and other assorted web marketing projects. You can apply for up to $500 in this category and it requires a 1-to-1 match.
