21 white-clad dancers light up Jackson night

Dancers' Workshop invitation:

You won't want to miss Contemporary Dance Wyoming performing this Friday and Saturday, June 11-12.

Both evenings begin when Artistic Director Babs Case invites you to view Contemporary Dance Wyoming and visiting company A Ludwig Dance Theatre in structured dance improvisations happening as you arrive and enter the Center for the Arts from the Cache Street entrance -- 21 dancers dressed all in white will transfix you. The performance itself begins at 7:30 p.m. in the Center Theatre. Please don't miss this evening of dance.

Following Saturday evening's performance, Dancers' Workshop hosts a Launch Party for "Stage Door," a new Dancers' Workshop support group for those between the ages of 21-50. You should join Stage Door if you appreciate the presence of dance in our community and want to form a community with others who feel the same. This after-party promises to be an amazing dance party held at Blu Kitchen from 9:30 p.m.-1 a.m. A DJ, dancing on Blu's deck, cocktails, and hors d'oeuvres are all included -- all you have to do is join Stage Door. Membership starts at only $35 and has many, many benefits - think stage door access to all Dancers' Workshop events (meet the artists, participate in concert lectures, etc.).

Alternatively, you can pay $15 to enter the party and not join Stage Door.
