For Wyoming arts orgs interested in participating in Daniel Pearl World Music Days

A request from the staff at Daniel Pearl World Music Days:

The 11th Annual Daniel Pearl World Music Days would like to feature Wyoming October performances on www.danielpearlmusicdays.org. Each October, DPWMD includes music performances that build bridges of tolerance between communities using music. Participants simply incorporate a dedication to the theme, "Harmony for Humanity" at their October concerts. (view sample dedications)

The Daniel Pearl Music Days Honorary Committee includes a very diverse spectrum of top artists including Herbie Hancock, R.E.M., Barbra Streisand, Ravi Shankar and more. World Music Days was started in memory of journalist-musician Daniel Pearl, the Wall Street Journal reporter who was killed by terrorists in 2002 and who spent much of his life unifying people around the world through the universal language of music.

Please let the staff know if you would like to participate or if you would like help in registering your event(s). FMI: Dana Larkin, Program Coordinator, dana@danielpearl.orgwww.danielpearlmusicdays.org
