10:00 pm – to midnite: 20:20 Artists and arts organizations, this is your chance to share what you are creating and what is happening in the arts in your community! Advance sign-up is required; contact Rachel Miller, rmiller@uwyo.edu or 766-6621 for information and to sign-up.
7 am: Visual Arts Roundtable with the Wyoming Arts Council @ Coal Creek Coffee (adjacent to the Hilton Hotel on Grand Ave)

8 am – 12 noon: Symposium sessions
12 noon – 1 pm: Lunch including a Roundtable for visual artists with the Wyoming Arts Council

5:30 pm: Dinner on your own. Visual Artists Roundtables with the Wyoming Arts Council at various restaurants; sign-up required; a maximum of 10 at each Roundtable. Sign-up at check-in.
