An opening reception for an exhibit by Marta Amundson of Riverton will be held at the Nicolaysen Art Museum in Casper on Friday, Sept. 28. The exhibit is entitled "Seven Cattle Guards from Civilization: Art Quilts from the WY Frontier." A member's preview with an artist talk will take place at 6 p.m. A free public reception begins at 7 p.m., featuring appetizers by Kyle Hunsicker of Plated Catering.
