The Wyoming Arts Council will hold its quarterly board meeting on Thursday and Friday, Aug. 16-17, at the Eastern Wyoming College Community Training Center in Torrington.On Thursday, Aug. 16, you are invited to attend the board’s “public comment session” at 3:45 p.m. at the EWC Training Center. The current WAC board, along with former board member Todd Peterson, welcome you to a free public reception from 5-6:30 p.m. on Thursday at Pinnacle Bank, 2000 Main St., Torrington.
