The Community Fine Arts Center, 400 C Street in Rock Springs, will host a closing reception for artist Kay Meeks on Friday, Feb. 15, 4-6 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
Meeks' exhibit, "Images on the Ranch," will be exhibited at the Arts Center througth Feb. 15. It includes recent work in oils and pastels on subjects ranging from landscapes to ranch scenes.
