From a UW press release:
A band favorite of the 1990s, Third Eye Blind, will perform in concert at the University of Wyoming in Laramie at 8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 14, in the College of Arts and Sciences auditorium.
Tickets are available starting Oct. 17 for UW students for $20 each and on Oct. 22 for non-students at $27 each. All tickets can be purchased at the Wyoming Union information desk. Tickets are also on sale through the Fine Arts box office. They can be bought online at www.uwyo.edu/finearts or by calling (307) 766-6666.
Third Eye Blind has had multiple chart toppers, including "Semi-Charmed Kind of Life," "Jumper" and "How's It Gonna Be." Their debut album, "Elektra," sold six million copies and remained on the Billboard Top 200 Albums chart for more than a year.
There has been a gap between albums released, but drummer Brad Hargreaves says they have too much fun on the road touring.
"We would make more albums if we didn't like playing live so much," Hargreaves says.
The show is sponsored by ASUW Concerts and Convocations and Friday Night Fever.
