Miss "V" the Gypsy Cowbelle will be be conducting a program to celebrate Women's History Month on Tuesday, March 9, 1:30 p.m. at the Sublette County Public Library in Pinedale. The event is free and open to the public.Earlier in the day, "V" will be the guest at the library's story hour. She''ll entertain the kids with stories and songs on her homemade instruments. That afternoon, she'll perform for the library's after-school program.
