The Shoot Out Cheyenne 24 hour filmmaking festival is set for October 15-17 in Downtown Cheyenne. Last year, 21 teams took the challenge and competed for $1,000 in top prize money.
You don't have to be a filmmaker to enjoy the event. The top 10 films will be screened on Sunday afternoon, October 17.
Production groups of one or more are challenged to complete a seven-minute movie in 24 hours starting Friday night, October 15, at 6 p.m. Contestants deliver their finished movie on a tape provided on Saturday at 6 p.m.
