Two weekends & three events at CLTP's "Halloween Spook-Tacular at the Atlas"

No "Haunted Atlas" this year at the Historic Atlas Theatre in downtown Cheyenne. Instead, the Cheyenne Little Theatre Players is hosting three separate scarifying events over two weekends.

Friday, October 22, 2010 & Saturday, October 23, 2010
7:00 pm and 9:30 pm, Historic Atlas Theatre
$10.00 per person
The evening will begin with a report of the findings made by Cowboy State Paranormal Investigations, a group that spent a recent night in the Historic Atlas Theatre to investigate paranormal activity. Following their report, there will a series of video interviews of Cheyenne residents about their experiences at the Atlas. Many of these experiences were incorporated into the film “Wicked Season” which was shot on location in the Historic Atlas Theatre. We will conclude with a live séance during which a medium will attempt to summon the ghosts from the Atlas Theatre past. Concessions will be available for sale in the lobby, as well as copies of the complete movie, “Wicked Season.”

Come join us for an afternoon of Halloween delight. Start off with Halloween Games and Treat Bags in the Lobby. Move into the theatre for the Children's Costume Contest. Then top it off with a showing of a Halloween Family Classic – “Casper” on the 23rd and “Monster House” on the 30th! Concessions will be available for sale in the lobby. Movie titles may be subject to change.

“Let's do the Time Warp, again!” Join Cheyenne Little Theatre for the ultimate cult classic “Rocky Horror Picture Show”. Costumes are encouraged but not required; come dressed as your favorite Transylvanian. Receive a “goodie bag” with each ticket purchase, filled with everything you need to enhance your RHPS experience! Concessions will be available for sale in the lobby. We ask that you do not bring your own props.

Paranormal explorations at Fort Caspar

From the Fort Caspar Museum and Historic Site:

Join the Paranormal Research Society of Casper on Saturday, May 30, 7 p.m., at Fort Caspar Museum, 4001 Fort Caspar Rd., for an evening of paranormal investigation. Doors will open at 6:45 p.m. The 7 p.m. presentation will be held in the Multi-Use Room and is free of charge. The organization will present their findings from their recent investigation of the fort buildings at Fort Caspar Museum and other locations in the city. Public tours through the fort buildings are scheduled for 8 p.m., 9 p.m., 10 p.m., 11 p.m., and midnite. Sign-up for the tours will begin at the 7 p.m. presentation and is limited to 14 people each hour.
